Everything is in high gear as organizers prepare for the 33rd Grand Sinulog Festival on January 18 at the Royal Palace Banquet Hall.

This is going to be the second activity for newly-elected Visayas-Mindanao (VisMin) Association of Edmonton and 15th president Jessa Aco-Kuchmak who, along with the members, successfully organized the “Bayle” event last month.
